Click below to open a remote support session with us. This will start the TeamViewer program on your computer.

Depending on your browser there will pop up some dialog boxes asking you if you want to open or run this program. Always answer open and run.

After the program has started, communicate the ID and, if neccessary, the password to our support.

In some computing environments it is not permitted to start a program directly from a web site. In this case, right-click on the button and select "Save as..." from the popup menu. Save the file Kcc_Support_en.exe to your computer and double-click it to start the session. If this also does not work, you will have to ask your computer support for help.
